I have these wireless BlueTooth earphones that came with my computer about 3 years ago. I didn't know how to use them so I never did, but now I need to use them and they won't turn on.... what should I do? I need complete instruction on how to do this....

It only accepts some of the thing I try to import, but they should all be pretty much the same. One works fine, the other get an error about being corrupted or of and unknown format (or something like that general error message) If it just wont work could there be something I could download to...
