This dream was very pleasent, but it must mean something. I clearly remember seeing a horse with what appeared to be an amputated leg among the other wild horses..all running along the beach beautifully.

If i ride my bike 8 km, 2 or 3 times a week, how fast will i see results? and what will the results be? (thinner legs/bigger legs) I'm a girl, 15 yo, 165 cm and 57 kg.
