I am a male that is 5ft with 10 inches and there person im dating is 4 ft with 11 inches, if you were to see us would u think that doesnt look right. Im saying this because most of my friends keep making fun of me but i tell them that im not the only person.

what did it help you strengthen what muscles and did it do anything to the abs? im not looking to lose weight i just want to tone my body and my abs any experience is welcome
