    On my apple iPod touch, the apps aren't downloading, can someone help me?

    I find the app I want and when I click install the app shows up on my iPod, but it says waiting, and it won't download. The app store says it's installed but obviously it's not. And when I sign into iTunes the apps still won't download. Help me please!
