    is a 80cc dirt bike powerful?

    im looking into buying a honda 80cc dirt bike this week. it is a 1999 model. ive had 150cc's in the past but this 80cc fits me well. how much power do 80s get? and are they classified as "mini-bikes". i hope not, because i dont want a mini-bike. i just hope it's a regular smallish dirt bike...
