    hi there, i have had dizziness and tingling in my feet when i try to stand up

    after working in the garden? its cool and not hot and yesterday i was planting stuff and used the shovel to help myself stand up and when i did i got dizziness, tingling in my feet and an intense urge to collapse...i stopped, drank gaterade and continued, and it seems just bending over makes it...
