I finished 6 games with 76ers and now i have training camp with them and i get to chose another team.What is a team that i can go to training camp for where i will make the team and not get stuck in the d league?

I am looking for a university particularly in the south(NC,SC,VA,GA,FL) that i can major in electrical engineering. I am also looking toward a more social atmosphere where i can meet a lot of students. I have a 3.7 GPA unweighted and taking the SAT again to improve scores.
