    Why do I need the data plan for Verizon's Env Touch?

    My girlfriend and her brother both had the Env Touch, and had the $10 data thing shut off from thier phones.     Can i search through tags that I added to photos from within google Picasa?

    I added the tags with Windows Explorer (win7) and I cant figure out a way to search or sort through the alternate data i see from within Exoplorer. thanks!
