i'm trying to lose a couple of pounds. i'm already doing 5-6 hours of exercise every week but i was thinking to start cycling in the morning before school. i sleep around 22:00 so i can wake up at 6:00 and go for cycling for 30-45 minutes. i know that i shouldn't eat anything before exercise.

when i wake up at 6am i'm doing cycling for 15-30 mins and i thought that's a good habit. but somebody told me that's a bad habit because it will hurt my muscles. so is it true?
