If I try to start nothing there. Everything works. If I move steering wheel all the way down it will start. If its all the way up car won't start. You can move it after it starts and everything ok. Is it neutral safety switch? Where is it? helpppppp

...The radio lights ect all? work. Sometimes if I move the shit rod around you will hear a click then the next time it will start. Now it does nothing. Someone said the neutral relay switch? Where is that? Help If I move steering wheel all the way down it willmstart every time. Whats the problem?
