Changed battery and now is running rough. I don't believe it is the ECM just wondering if I have a fuel problem. When I give it gas I get no power and I smell fuel. Anyone got any direction for me to start.

I have an issue w/ my car running rough. I replaced the battery in it and now it is running sluggish. Not sure where to start. Any ideas.
