Hi so it all started yesterday I loged out of the facebook app and when to log back in and it says to me in a pop up "carnt connect to facebook please try again later" so I went into safari and the facebook website works perfectly so how can I fix this and has anyone eles had this proble

I have got into bike ridding and I want to loose wight in my legs because I have huge thighs I have been going for about 10k per day for about 1 month and built mussel in my thighs and not lost much fat if any how long will I have to ride for before I start loosing fat
