I drive for a living. I'm on So-Cal roadways 60 hrs a week. All during day light hours. EVERY SINGLE DAY I see many people breaking the law by holding their cell phones and talking while driving. NO I'M NOT A SEXIST LADIES......but.....for every guy I see breaking this law, I see 5 to 10 women...
