    how old do you have to be to buy car parts in hawaii and online?

    Actually, parts are no problem, but things like brake cleaner and other fluids/solvents they might hassle you for if you're under 18. Basically anything in a spray can. Chances are if you buy brake pads with the brake cleaner, they won't give you a hard time though.
