I remember as a kid Disney Channel would air the classic shorts all the time. Now, its never on or maybe it is but I haven't seen it in like 4 or 5 years.

Not a movie, but I wish they would have kept all the deleted scenes from the Simpsons episode "Treehouse of Horror IV", namely the Devil and Homer Simpson segment. They were all hilarious, but that was a great episode so choosing stuff to cut due to time was probably hard. I have to wonder why...
