it was from a few years ago and i remember there being these fluff ball creature things... they were white collars and literally like little cotton balls flying/jumping around... very vague memory >.<

I was sent this link for Little Chili Lolita Shop and I really like some of their dresses and shoes... I'm planning to order a couple but first I want to know if they're an okay to order from, or if it's not a good idea... they're really greatly priced too... has anyone ordered from them before...
