    What are some arm exercises that I can use that don't use weights?

    Read question^^ I'm trying to build some arm muscle Also, I'm too weak to do push ups...:( I have these little 2 pound weights but they don't do anything when I lift them. I also can't afford to buy new weights. What are your suggestions? Thanks None of the pools around where I live are open...
