    Unfortunately they are illegal for non-police in the UK. If you don't care about the law and the risks of going to prison, you could always order from a police supplier United States.

    How do you block a website on a home network, but make it look like the site is

    just down? I have a home network with a few computers, all Windows XP. They are on a FIOS router. Is there a way to block a specific website, but if someone tries to access it, that it will just look like the site is down? I do not want anyone to know it's been blocked.
