i have windows 7 and i had sync my contacts through its Bluetooth using its built in software ... i want to know how can i view them with ought using my phone..

i have an HTC touch diamond from Orange. the problem is the whenever i connect it to my pc through my data cable , it says device corrupt or it has malfunctioned . is there a way i can fix this or is there a way i can reinstall the operating system ? please help
