Last week I had had a sharp pain just above my belly button on my right side for about 30minutes-an hour . I've had no pain since and just wondered if ii should forget about it or be worried?

I woke up this morning really hot with a sharp pain then when I tried to walk thought I would faint and had a ringing in my ears. Was worried it was my appendix but I was wondering wether it could be anything else and wether or not I should go to school?
