I'm off my diet tomorrow, but im worried, I'm going to college on saturday and im afarid i will be instantly fat from tomorrow eating.
Side now i plan on not eating all day to i get to the buffet and nothing after

Oatmeal with half and half cream and tsp of brown Sugar
Banana
Small glass orange juice
Kiwi
Plum
apple
Turkey lettuce wheat bread sandwhich with light mayo
Small dunkin donuts coffe with skin milk
Drank water alday too
I also had small side garden...
