I just got a brand new bike, and I had to take the rear tire off to fit it in my car. When I put it back on with the chain correctly on (or so I think), the bike could only pedal backward. When I try to pedal it forward, it's just stuck. Does it have to do with the cogs? I'm clueless! It's a...
