There was a NON MILITARY spouse in Ga. that was collecting 6 retirement checks from 6 different retired members and she was making more from them and NOT paying any tax. why aren't laws made to keep this from happening?

(EXAMPLE) My neighbors wife cheated on her military husband for years and got caught when he came back early from a deployment they where married 8 years and when the divorce was final she ended up with 45% of his retirement. she turned around and married another military guy and 6 years later...
