Is there anyway to change the hertz settings on this tv? I love my tv but sometimes it hurts my eyes. I followed the settings that cnet.com suggested. Everything looks great but my eyes hurt. If im not able to change it will my eyes ever adjust to it?

My little cousin was playing on my computer and apparently messed something up. She was editing a picture on Paint and saved it as GIF. It lost some color, so she put in every other format to get it back, until everything ended up in black and white. I don't know how to fix it. Please Help.
