I have replaced the theromstat and the water pump and still only get luke warm heat I do get great heat if I turn it to recirulate but then the windows fog up. Thanks It is getting cold in minnesota

My drivers side door got caught in the wind the other night and now it hits the front fender and does not close totally. I have a cold breeze coming in and would like to know how to fix
