Its a second generation, and I've had it about a year and a half. I would like to jailbreak it, but is it legal and everything? Could it break my Itouch? If you think I should and have jail-broken yours, please give me a link. Thanks

I'll be a freshman next year and am on the fence about band. I did it all through middle school, and enjoyed playing percussion, but hated everyone in there(they were all the stereotypical band nerd). There are a few people in high school already that I like, but all my friends think its nerdy...
