    I unplug it.? I press anything, nothing happens, I charge it, it says charging complete after 2 minutes. I unplug it, it goes dead. I plug it in again, it charges 2 minutes again and says complete. Is my battery done?

    You must master reset the jabra 2010 to get it into pairing mode again, that is why your phone will not detect it. Your jabra headset should have a solid light when in pairing mode.
