    Is the X-19 pocket bike street legal in North Carolina?

    I would suggest saving your money and buying a full bore bike such as ninja 250 or the GS500 from Suzuki. You'll have a better machine that's easier to fix... Dont try to bypass the path. Shortcuts lead to mistakes.
