Call your Financial Aid office and see what you need to do - meet with one of the councilors. You probably have to have a pretty good reason and documents to back it up. (like if you had bad grades because of health, you'll have to bring a doctors note or hospital bill proving it).
Federal regualtions are that you need to be 24 years old or married to not go off your parents income. You can probably still get a loan or scholarships. Check with the FA office to see other options. If that doesn't work, get a job and work your way through college for a few years. Or wait...
