i have the phone and the usb cable but i cant figure out how to put music. windows media player dosent detect the device and i went to my computer and its not there either. do i need a memory card before my pc can detect it? or how do i put music from my pc to my lg gt360

ok so everytime i record a movie i play it back and its good. but when i convert it using phlips media converter to my mp3 it messess up the video and dosent play right. it skips back and forth what do i do to get the video to show right?
