There are several reasons why you are wrong. 1. The phone is locked so it can't use any network other than the one authorized by your country. (I'm guessing that you are in the US because you mention Sprint.) 2. The Iphone is only for GSM networks. Sprint uses CDMA. I hope this helps. Gary

There isn't a luxury tax anymore. That went out years ago. When the luxury tax existed, it was on more expensive cars, not a Honda. Plus, the tax was paid at the time of sale and your method of payment didn't change anything. I hope this helps. Gary
