You need a pressure check of your cooling system because it sounds like you have lost some coolant. Get it refilled asap because these engines can easily overheat and blow the headgasket.

Sounds to me like you have cracked the engine sump.If not dirty water as per Rudy,s answer, then its probably dirty oil and you will need a new or secondhand sump. Decent mechanic will probably fit one for you ( if you buy it) for about £60. Shame about the damage because the accords are a good car.
