I'm brand new to Flash and I'm having some trouble. All I want to do is create a flash item that has customer quotes that periodically change (every ten seconds) to a new quote. How do I do this?

now usually this only happens when my distributor gets wet, but the thing is i haven't hit any puddles it just does it on its own, and it really only happens in the mornings. Can somebody tell me what could be going on!
