    Can the HTC Desire work on AT&T's 3G?

    If I buy an HTC Desire, will I be able to use AT&T's 3G network? I know about carrier specific phones and GSM and CDMA phones and whatnot I just want to know if there is an unlocked version of the Desire that will work on AT&T's 3G like what they did with the Nexus One.
