    Best Reusable ear plugs or noise canceling ear phones for STUDYING or SLEEPING.?

    So I'm looking for the best Reusable ear plugs or noise canceling ear phones. Nothing really expensive either so keep it under 15 to 20 dollars. But I really need something to help cancel noise for when i sleep or study. Thanks!!
