    How can I use the Internet Connection of my Samsung 930SC here in the Philippines?

    My dad bought me a Samsung 930SC phone on Japan and got it open lined here in the Philippines. And now, I can use only the SMS on messages. And I can't also use the Internet Connection. How can I use the S! Mail? How can I use the Internet Connection?
