    Which universities Army ROTC programs pay for full tuition and room and board?

    Niagara University in Buffalo. It's a Catholic Liberal Arts college though.

    Life as an Army Officer in Aviation/Armor/Artillery/Engineer/Ordnance?

    After completing ROTC with a degree in Aerospace Engineering, what would life like be as an officer in any of these branches? Isn't there a branch within engineering open only to those with engineering degrees?
