    Is there a way to outsource iPhone app development?

    I have an idea for an iPhone app but do not have the resources to develop it. Are there companies that can do this process for me? If so, are there typical rates and rights involved?

    Why can't my iPhone (3.1.3) discover my iPod touch (3.1.2) through bluetooth?

    My iPhone and iPod touch cannot find one another via bluetooth. How do I get around this or is it a conflict of software versions?
