That's great news for the show's fans. And the news reminds me that the show existed. I've been meaning to check out the first 2 seasons but since I've dropped HBO, I keep forgetting about the show. Maybe now I can play catch-up well before the next season debuts.

Not quite. Big Idea was bought by Classic Media and no longer exists in independent form, but much of the original team is still working on it. I can't say if anything's been watered down as a result because I haven't seen the post-buyout episodes.
