What are some t-mobile touscreen phones that don't require a data plan??

I have a samsung behold. It doesn't vibrate when I touch it. It doesn't vibrate when I get a call of text. Sometimes I don't even recieve calls. If I called them nd told them all this would they send me a new phone?
