I have a Blackberry Bold, and im trying to install the device manager from the cd, version 5.0.1. It keeps telling me Error 1305, error reading from file blah blah, Roxio/VideoUI/9/content/Video/hd_Billboard_chapter.wmv. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it. Please help
