its like that when people don't like a certain sport. they don't realise the skill, practice and dedication needed to be good at it so they just take the piss.

yes but not too far haha. like you said, to the car or something harmless like that, wont go much further cos my feet cant handle the surface and all its debris etc :):)
washers would help but the axle or the nut might be threaded, try a washer if it doesn't solve it then try a new nut. you could also put PTFE thread tape on the axle. if all this fails just buy a new wheel, they aren't expensive :)
5 minute warm up - get the pulse raised, get major muscle groups ready to be worked, stretch to reduce risk of injury.
don't know why people would say not to stretch, ive never heard of this.
DONT FORGET TO WARM DOWN AFTER THE SESSION!!!
