Is there anyway I could find out what internet pages I went on in a specific day in November 2007? I have cleared my History many times since, I also have deleted my cookies under 'Internet Options' in 'Tools'. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Is there any way I can retrieve my youtube history from December 2007, It is not in my recent history as it only holds the last 100 videos. It is not possible to e-mail youtube directly by the way.
