i bought a pair of clear lens for my 94 caprice i removed the tail light but cant figure out how to take off the stock lens can someone plez help

i live in philly and i drive this car all day and it runs gud but i was wondering if driving in overdrive all the time instead of drive is bad for my tranny should i start using drive instead of overdrive and use overdrive on the express way and if so wut speed should i use overdrive

I'm turning 16 in January and Ive been interested in dirt bikes for quite awhile now, but I was thinking a dual sport would be cool so I can use it on the road when Im 16. I am 5 foot 7 and weigh 120 lbs. Can you recomend bikes that someone who has never rode a dirt bike can use?
