My Baby will be 3 months on the 8th. My Husband and I recently noticed when we change his diaper it sometimes smells like fish! He doesn't complain when he pees. We take him a bath every 2 days Could it be because we put Desitin on (when he has a rash) ? Is this something I should worry about?
