my boyfriend has owned a car for 10 years and has now done his CBT to ride a motorbike. He used to ride a bike 10 years ago. 1. Can he use his NCB from when he used to ride 10 years ago? 2. When he decides to drive a car again in a few years will his NCB on a car be invalid?
