connection? How can I connect my Nokia 5230 to internet through my home's land line internet connection? Please help!

How do I install apps, themes, games and stuff to my Nokia 5230? Should I download it in to my phone or to my computer and then transfer it to my phone. Most importantly is themes because when I download it to my computer it always has a few files.
