    I use grape seed oil for frying and olive oil for salads.

    I was besotted by Carmen Miranda, in the old movies singing and dancing with fruit on her head. Looks like she had some effect on me now I study Flamenco dance!!! And I have no Spanish heritage.

    What colour should i paint my room?

    Choose a sunny yellow that you like then go a shade lighter. It always looks darker once it is up on the large expanse of the wall. Contrast it with white, on the window sill, door, skirting board etc. I had this colour when I was 15!!
