I don't tolerate it at all. They got themselves that way and nobody cares how bad they feel. I own a business and have fired 3 pregos for unloading their sh!t onto my customers, not showing up to work, coming in late, etc. If they work, fine. If they complain they're FIRED, just like anyone...
