    Im confused as to why you would need to practice.... But anyhow, to answer your question.. I don't know how it could be illegal and how they would catch you even if it was illegal.

    This is a very good point. Never thought of it that way to be honest but I agree with you. There are ways to penalize clubs without docking points to try and relegate them.
